They enjoy satisfying their curiosity and increasing intercultural communication skills, learning new languages and discovering the world. They are less suited for activities requiring physical and manual skills and tend to focus on emotions rather than logical reasoning. Examples of activities suited for social types are helping, serving, teaching, healing, counselling, educating.

Typical fields of work: special needs education, primary schooling, teaching different subjects in compulsory and secondary education, social work, psychological counselling.

Spare time activities: voluntary (social) work, social activities, making friends, family events, performing, dancing.

Activities: Enterprising types prefer activities that include leading a team and achieving common goals (e.g. in economics, politics, sports). They succeed thanks to their natural communication and presentation skills. They like to take challenges and stand out from ordinary often not letting (country) boarders to limit themselves.

Enterprising types are innovative around finding solutions for different problems. They show practical thinking and persuading skills in their activities, however they are not suited for jobs requiring perseverance and concentration.

Typical fields of work: economic fields, law, public relations, public administration, political science.

Spare time activities: different active and sporty activities, participation in social events, social activities.
