Best University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands!

HZ University of Applied Sciences was announced to be the best University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands!
Last week, news magazine Elsevier published its annual research results in the field of the best 2011 study programmes.

- Elsevier: five HZ Bachelor programmes at No. 1 in the national rankings
- Above average appreciation of study programmes by students

Also this year, Elsevier Magazine assessed – in cooperation with the research institute ResearchNed – 90 bachelor programmes at universities of applied sciences and academic universities. In higher professional education HZ University of Applied Sciences landed at the top of the list. HZ-students gave their Bachelor programmes above average ratings, as a result of which HZ may now call itself the best university of applied sciences of The Netherlands.

Highest student satisfaction
The highest-scoring subjects are (among others) the commitment and approachability of lecturers, the quality and availability of labs and computers, the preparation for the job market and the educational programmes.
