Course overview
The programme is designed to prepare students for careers in a variety of positions requiring extensive marketing expertise, especially in the service sector and in areas encompassin services to the manufacturing industry. These careers include marketing, sales, logistics or customer relations with importers, wholesalers or retail businesses, in the banking, investment banking, insurance, travel agency, hostelry or tourism sectors.
Programme structure:
Students learn to develop marketing from a customer-oriented perspective, to understand the special characteristics of service marketing as compared to product marketing, and the competitive techniques and operating methods of service marketing.
The academic programme consists of core modules in the following areas :

Management and Use of Customer Information
Developing e-Services
Marketing Research and Methods
Improving Customer Processes Profitability
Personal Selling
Planning of e-Business: Strategies and Processes
The programme requires 3 placement periods in France or abroad.
