Course overview
The programme consists of 2 semesters and includes 4 special modules, Thesis and Final Project:
All 4 modules have compulsory project reports and final state-controlled exams that must be passed in order to be allowed to write Thesis and Final Examination
The programme will give you concrete, elementary tools for leadership and management which will enable you to secure professional and personal development of your co-workers.
After having passed the exams an official certificate will be issued and you will be able to progress to Diploma in Leadership.
The programme has the following 4 modules:
- Organisational theory
- Leadership in practice
- Leadership
- Project management
- and a Report on specially studied subject
